Americans for Informed Democracy is a nonpartisan organization that works to raise global awareness among the next generation of leaders, and we consider global warming one of the most pressing issues of our time. We believe that all Americans must consider the effects of their decisions both on their local environment and the world. We DO have a choice in climate change and the time is now to unite in making responsible choices for our future.
Americans for Informed Democracy (AID) is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization that brings the world home to the next generation of leaders through town hall forums, global videoconference dialogues, and leadership summits. AID seeks to build a new generation of globally conscious leaders who can shape an American foreign policy appropriate for our increasingly interdependent world. AID has already hosted more than seventy-five town-hall meetings and global videoconferences on climate change and oil security in 2006 to raise public awareness of global warming and what young Americans can do to stop it.
